Lately to have some one on one time with her Daddy, Indie has been doing some baking. Usually they would go out to the park or do something outdoorsy but as it's been raining and cold lately and both of the kids have been a bit poorly they've started baking and it has been lovely.
The first time they made a loaf of bread and it was delicious. Indie was pretty proud.
Next they baked some Flapjack (daddy let her lick the golden syrup off the spoon, eek) and also they made some Chocolate Chip Cookies. Needless to say they didn't last long in this house.
This weekend I think they're going to be baking some Scones. I can't wait to eat them. Must'nt forget to buy jam and clotted cream!
